OPEN MINDS 2022 Performance Management Institute Wraps Up With 500+ Executive Participants — A Decade-Long High For The February Event

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (February 20, 2022) — More than 500 executives attended The 2022 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute, held in-person and virtually from February 15-17. The 300+ on-site attendees were immersed in a three-day deep dive into performance and customer value in the “next normal”. Executives were able to examine the metrics and practices to improve organizational performance—and succeed in the year ahead by examining service performance, clinical performance, financial performance

The event featured three insightful keynote sessions. Dr. Indira Paharia, Chief Operating Officer, Behavioral Health of Centene Corporation, discussed how payers and providers have enable behavioral and physical care integration for improved integration of care. Eric Bailly, Business Solutions Director & Behavioral Health Clinical Strategy of Anthem, Inc, went over the ever-evolving relationship between payers and providers and offered innovative areas of opportunity utilizing shared data and recent real-life examples of implementation. Monica E. Oss, chief executive officer at OPEN MINDS wrapped up the institute by discussing why performance matters and shared how to position your organization in the market by becoming performance-focused, moving your organization into the “next normal.”
