Paul Uncanin serves as the Senior Vice President of Contracting and Payor Relations at Alera Health. He is responsible for payor strategy and leading the development of alternative payment models (APM) that maximize the financial and strategic value to all the clinically integrated networks (CIN) that Alera Health supports. Paul joined Alera Health in 2022 and has successfully implemented innovative APMs in multiple states with numerous payors. These APMs have already generated several million dollars in incentives for the CINs supported by Alera Health, and for the providers participating in those CINs. Prior to joining Alera, Paul spent over 10 years in network development building and managing FFS networks, ACOs, and surgical COE networks for all types of providers including hospitals, primary care, specialists, and post-acute.
