On April 2, 2025, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) published these technical specifications for quality measures. These specifications provide Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans (MCPs) with operating instructions on how to produce numerators and denominators for the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) programs that require National Provider Identifier (NPI) site-level quality metric performance.
