Blueprint For Integration: Key Components Of A Clinically Integrated Network
Advancement of unique clinically integrated partnerships for behavioral health providers are gaining traction across the country. Nonprofit specialty behavioral health organizations are eagerly seeking information about participation, from governance and decision making to advanced payment participation and technology integration and application.
In this presentation, Alera Health’s legal counsel, Seth Terndrup, and SVP of Network Development, Leesa Bain, provide key insights into the construction of a clinically integrated network (CIN), including implementation of the legal infrastructure, governance documents, regulatory compliance, and essential policies and procedures.

They will discuss the pros and cons of participation and the basic legal issues that executives need to understand before making the decision to form a CIN and how these concepts create the foundation for success and drive long-term value.
Key Objectives Include:
- Tips for a Successful Shared Partnership
- The basic tenets of the contractual arrangement for CIN participation
