Babylon, a global digital health care company, launched digital-first chronic care programs for high-risk members living with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, depression, and low back pain. It also launched a maternal health program to manage prenatal care. All chronic condition management programs are available to Babylon’s B360 members. Additional condition-specific programs are planned for the future.
Babylon’s technology will collect and analyze members’ data allowing providers to monitor and intervene sooner. Multidisciplinary care teams will support members in managing chronic conditions and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to members. The care teams will tailor evidence-based programs for each member.
