Neuro Wellness Spa Launches Adolescent Talk Therapy Program

Neuro Wellness Spa—a subsidiary of Your Behavioral Health, which offers evidence-based mental health care—announced the launch of their Teen Talk Therapy program. The specialized psychotherapy service is designed exclusively for adolescents ages 12 to 17. The program offers both virtual sessions throughout California and in-person appointments at select Neuro Wellness Spa locations, including Brea and Manhattan Beach, California.

The program provides confidential, clinical support specifically tailored for adolescents navigating the unique developmental challenges of this period. This program doesn’t require long-term intensive therapy, opting for a focused, goal-oriented approach to treatment tailored for the concerns of adolescents.

The Teen Talk Therapy program addresses a comprehensive range of focus areas, including academic stress and test anxiety, social anxiety and peer relationships, family conflicts and communication challenges, and identity exploration and self-discovery. Neuro Wellness Spa’s multidisciplinary team of therapists is specially trained to support adolescents dealing with body image and self-esteem concerns, first relationship issues, college preparation anxiety, and the complex challenges of navigating social media and technology. The program also provides specialized support for teens experiencing bullying or social exclusion and offers affirming care for LGBTQIA+ youth exploring their identity, the announcement stated.

Neuro Wellness Spa’s program employs proven therapeutic approaches adapted specifically for adolescent development. Sessions incorporate teen-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills training, and creative therapy techniques that resonate with younger clients. The program’s 50-minute sessions are structured to provide both individual support and thoughtful parent collaboration. Neuro Wellness Spa combines compassionate, evidence-based therapies with a comprehensive approach to healing. With 11 locations and growing, its services include TMS therapy, medication management, and integrative talk therapy, according to the announcement.
